No part of 151 Royal Street, East Perth is currently leased. However, a small
area of the ground floor, approximately 10 square metres, is licensed to Eurest (Australia) Pty Ltd on a monthly basis for the
purposes of operating a coffee cart. The rate charged for this licence is $875
per month.
