(1) How many Case Officers are currently employed at each facility, and of those: (a) how many are full-time equivalent positions; (b) how many are vacant; (c) how many are currently filled by agency, contract, or casual staff; and (d) what is the average caseload (number of prisoners per officer) at each facility? (2) For each facility, how many prisoners are currently eligible for parole? (3) Of those listed in (2): (a) how many have been eligible for less than three months, three to six months, six to twelve months, and longer than twelve months; and (b) what is the average length of time prisoners remain parole-eligible while still in custody? (4) For each facility, how many prisoners currently have an Individual Management Plan (IMP)? (5) Of those listed in (4): (a) what percentage of the total prisoner population does this represent; (b) what is the average timeframe from admission to completion of an IMP; and (c) how many IMPs remain incomplete, broken down by facility? (6) For each facility, and for each of the financial years 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25: (a) how many prisoners eligible for parole did not have an IMP in place; (b) how many prisoners were unable to be considered for parole solely because their IMP had not been completed; and (c) what was the average delay in parole consideration due to outstanding IMPs? (7) What measures, if any, has the Department implemented to reduce the backlog of parole-eligible prisoners without IMPs, and what monitoring or performance indicators are used to track progress in this area?

Compiling this information would demand diverting staff away from their operational duties and as a consequence, it is not considered to be a reasonable or appropriate use of resources. I note the Member asked 17 different questions of similar nature in length concurrently.
