I refer the minister to the government’s involvement in the development of 140 William Street, Perth. (1) Will the minister table the tender evaluation report on the sale of 140 William Street; and, if not, why not? (2) Will the minister table details of the government’s office rental agreement with the project owners; and, if not, why not? (3) Will the minister table a briefing document or business case analysis showing the reasoning for the government’s decision to enter into an agreement for office space at that address; and, if not, why not?
