the Minister for Finance:
In relation to the engagement of head contractors by Building
Management and Works for the delivery of the Building the Education Revolution
projects that have ceased trading, I ask for each head contractor —
(1) When were external administrators appointed?
(2) How much
money has been withheld by the state government for each head contractor named
in question?
(3) What date
was the last statutory declaration titled ''Payment to Subcontractors''
received by BMW from that head contractor?
