(b) Maintenance works required relate to paving, fencing, drainage and sewers, mortar repairs, air conditioning, carpet and vinyl replacement, carpentry, painting, lighting, and replacement of accordion doors and water coolers.

(d) Funds will be allocated based on priority and as available. The school has applied for a number of these items to be addressed through the Commonwealth Government - Building the Education Revolution National School Pride Program.
