I refer to funding provided to the City of Wanneroo for the widening of Marmion Avenue, and I ask: (a) what is the expected total cost of the project; (b) has a business case been prepared for the project and if not, why not; (c) if yes to (b) will the Minister table the business case and if not, why not; (d) was traffic modelling undertaken on Marmion Avenue prior to funding being provided to the City of Wanneroo; and (e) did the traffic modelling include the impact of the Yanchep train line extension and freeway extension and if not, why not?

(b)-(e) This was a McGowan Government election commitment to allocate $23 million towards the City of Wanneroo project to dual Marmion Avenue.
This section of Marmion Avenue is a local road under the control of the City of Wanneroo. As such, Council has undertaken the planning and development work for this project.
