(1) - (3) This information is contained within the Department of Sport and Recreation's annual reports.
(4) The Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund (CSRFF) policy requires the grant to be acquitted in the awarded triennium.
(5) Refer to part (1).
(6) Projects that are completed have been acquitted.
(7) Refer to part (6).
(8) Refer to part (4).
(9) - (10) The CSRFF process requires the proponent to demonstrate how the project is to proceed before it is considered for funding approval. However, circumstances can result in a proponent wishing to relinquish a grant (failure to secure alternate funds, change in scope or failure to secure appropriate approvals). In this instance, the funding is reallocated to other projects and proponents are encouraged to apply again. The attached list indicates the relinquished grants from the past 4 funding rounds. [see tabled paper]
