(a) No. The first phase of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development’s (Department) integration was completed in late 2017 with the establishment of a new executive structure for the Department and a re-alignment of all staff under that structure, including previous Department of Agriculture and Food Western Australia (DAFWA) staff. The next phase is aimed to be completed by the end of 2018.
(b) Aligning to Government’s priorities, the Department is comprised of three “pillars”:
(c) The cost of the restructure as at 1 April 2018 is $486,848.00.
(d) Organisational design and planning activities are still being finalised.
