560. Hon JAMES HAYWARD to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the announcement to engage
KPMG to develop a strategic business case for faster rail to Bunbury.
(1) Has the federal government's
Perth–Bunbury faster rail business case been completed?
(2) If no to (1),
why is another business case being developed by KPMG when the first one has not
been completed?
(3) If yes to
(1), will the KPMG business case leverage the work already completed by the
federal government study?
(4) Will the minister table the
terms of reference provided to KPMG to guide its investigations?
