Is the Minister aware that Private Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) are being continually approached by Job Services Australia providers, as well as job seekers who have been referred to them by Centrelink, but they are being turned away because these RTOs are unable to advise them when the next courses will be run?

No. Registered Training Organisations have been advised that Early Tender Advice for training tenders will be published on the Tenders WA website. This will include the estimated advertising dates for tenders. Registered Training Organisations are not guaranteed training funding for any Program and must schedule their courses accordingly.
