WATER CHARGES — FORECAST
414. Mr D.J. KELLY to the Minister for Water:
I have a supplementary question.
Given that the water cost increases that the government has approved in the
budget are consistent with what it has done since 2008, is this not another
example of the government saying one thing before the election and doing something
completely different once it is elected?
