Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS)
(1) Yes.

(a-c) There are two outstanding WorkSafe Improvement Notices from 8 June 2010 (with an extension granted to 28 September 2012) relating to the design and layout of the interview and consultation rooms at Warwick Clinic, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.
(3) Building works are in progress to comply with the WorkSafe Improvement Notices. Completion of the build is scheduled for 28 September 2012. An extension of one month for the WorkSafe Improvement Notices is currently being requested to enable assessment of the changes and development of safety protocols post staff returning to the premises.
