I refer to the Westport Taskforce, and I ask: (a) has the Westport Taskforce undertaken any assessment of the current capacity of Fremantle Port's inner harbor with respect to container trade; (b) if not, why after a year, has the Taskforce not undertaken an assessment of Fremantle Port's capacity; (c) if yes, what is Fremantle Port's inner harbour capacity with respect to containers; (d) when is Fremantle Port's inner harbor expected to exceed its capacity with respect to container trade; and (e) what assumptions have been made regarding the future capacity of Fremantle Port's inner harbor with respect to capacity and container trade growth?
