(a) January to June 1996 - $152,275;
(b) July to December 1996 - $296,997;
(c) January to July 1998 - $36,699;
(d) January to July 1997 - $122,235;
(e) July to December 1997 - $142,376;
(f) January to July 1998 - $156,569;
(g) July to December 1998 - $183,174;
(h) January to July 1999 - $379,385; and
(i) July to December 1999 - $5,272?
(2) Will the Minister confirm that the above list represents the complete list of contracts with Skea, Nelson and Hager?
(3) If not, what other projects has Skea, Nelson and Hager been contracted to undertake?
(4) What projects were undertaken for the above amounts?
(5) Were the above projects subject to the public tender process?
(6) If so, on what dates were the tenders advertised?

(1) Yes, the Minister is aware of the payments to Skea Nelson and Hager.
(2)-(3) Yes, the list represents the complete list of payments over the nominated period by Transport to Skea Nelson and Hager.
(4) Advice on the Tender for the Ownership and Management of the Transperth Bus Fleet was provided over an extended period, as various options and variations on financing the bus fleet were explored.
(5) The Tender for the Ownership and Management of the Transperth Bus Fleet was subject to the normal government tendering process and conducted by Contract and Management Services (CAMS). Skea Nelson and Hager was engaged by the Crown Solicitor's Office to provide legal advice to the tender evaluation panel.
