I refer to the Minister's media release of Tuesday, 24 July 2012 regarding the locations of Kenwick and Herne Hill for the Disability Justice Centres, and ask —
(1) Was the Minister ever offered assistance from the Mentally Impaired Accused Review Board to develop a suitable model for the proposed Declared Place?
(2) If yes to (1), when was assistance offered and by whom?
(3) Did the Minister take up the offer of assistance from the board, and if not, why not?
