Premier:
I have a supplementary question. Why has resolving the issues
brought to the attention by the St Andrew's Hostel inquiry not been a
priority for the Premier's government?

It has been a priority. The member for Albany raised the
issue and within a matter of weeks this government set up that inquiry and has
acted upon it.
