(b) has any attempt been made by your Department to calculate the estimated electricity requirements of the South West Metropolitan Railway system once it is operational; (c) if no such attempt has been made, why not; (d) if the electricity requirements of the South West Metropolitan Railway system once it is operational have been calculated, will the Minister supply details of what the estimated power usage will be per annum; (e) does the Metropolitan electricity supply currently have the capacity to meet this requirement; and (f) if not, how does the Minister intend to ensure that the electricity supply does have the capacity to meet the SWMR electricity requirement by 2005?
