(2) The Town of Vincent are targeting an October 2003 opening date if all goes to plan. (3) Management will be decided by way of a public Expression of Interest process. This process will be initiated following local and state government sign-off to proceed. (4) The field will be available to all potential users; no one sport will have a monopoly over ground space. (5) Perth Glory and the Soccer Association of WA are very keen to establish amenities at the ground and share with other sports. (6) This government has committed $6.8m to the development of this stadium.
