I refer to the government offices in Alvan Street and Centro Avenue in Subiaco. (1) What is the cost of running each office, excluding staff salaries? (2) How many staff work from the Alvan Street offices and the Centro offices? (3) Please detail for each officer who works from either office — (a) which office the person works from—that is, Alvan Street or Centro; (b) level and increment; (c) job title; (d) whether a mobile phone is provided; (e) whether a credit card is provided; and, if so, the credit limit; (f) whether the staff member has a government vehicle as per the Government Vehicle Scheme; (g) whether the staff member also has an office at a hospital; (h) who the employer of that staff member is, for example, health department, area health service; and (i) whether that staff member salary-packages. I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question, I certainly needed it. (1) The 2007-08 financial year costs were: Alvan Street, $314 484; and Centro Avenue, $269 498. (2) The current head count for Alvan Street is 33 and for Centro Avenue is 52. I have information for the answer to the third question in respect of the Centro Avenue offices. It is unclear from the construction of the answer whether this applies to both offices or only the Centro Avenue office. Having quickly examined the answer, I believe it is limited to the Centro Avenue office and that is the only information that has been provided.
