(1)-(2) Main Roads undertook extensive parallel testing of concrete during the construction of the Northbridge Tunnel. The program provided for a minimum of one independent test for every three concrete pours but actual testing was in excess of this. In addition the concrete supplier also undertook testing as per their quality procedures. (3) There are approximately 250 independent test reports plus summaries of the supplier's results relating to this project. Main Roads will make these reports available if the Member wishes to review the documents. (4) Not applicable
