on 27 February 2006 calling for submissions to the ERMP and I ask -
(1) Was this advertisement placed out of the Department of Environment or the Water Corporation?
(2) Did the Water Corporation draft the advertisement?
(3) Is it normal practice for the proponent to place advertisements such as this on behalf of supposed independent review agencies?
