I refer to the appointment of Ms Elizabeth Carr to a position on the board of the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) in October 2011, and I ask —
(1) Why was Ms Carr appointed at that time in full knowledge that she had a conflict of interest in relation to the EPA's assessment of the Browse Basin Liquefied Natural Gas proposal?
(2) What position(s) did Ms Carr hold, at that time or in the past that caused a conflict of interest in relation to the EPA's environmental impact assessment of the Browse Basin Liquefied Natural Gas proposal?
(3) At the time of her appointment, was Ms Carr a member of the Liberal Party?
