Roleystone–Kelmscott Bushfires — Inquiry
I have a supplementary question. As well as asking whether the minister will make the submission public, will the minister give permission for individual DEC officers to speak to the Keelty inquiry in their personal capacity, without fear of sanction or retribution? Mr W.R. MARMION

I believe that anyone can make a submission as an individual to the inquiry, and I will not stop any person from doing that.
