(2) For each function, will the Minister advise -
(a) the total cost, including invitations (production and sending out), catering, and venue hire;
(b) the name(s) of any guest speakers;
(c) the specific costs, if any, relating to the guest speaker (for example, a speaking fee, the cost of travel and/or accommodation); and
(d) the names of organisations and individuals invited to attend?

The Office of Hon John Bowler JP MLA: (1)-(2)(a)-(d) It would be impossible to gather all of the information required to answer the question in the form that has been asked. It is my assessment that the level of resources required to gather such information would far outweigh any apparent benefit to the Member. However, should the Member have any specific event/s in mind, I would ask that he re-submit the question in a manner that would enable me to provide the required information for the specified event/s.
