I refer to clause nine of schedule one, of the
Casino (Burswood Island) Agreement Act 1985,
and ask -
(1) Does the Government agree that there is an obligation under this Act for the Burswood Dome to be maintained and operated?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Has the Government agreed to any changes to this Act that would remove the obligation to maintain and operate the Burswood Dome?
(4) If yes to (3), when was the agreement entered into, and when does the Government expect it will cease operation?
(5) Does the Government intend to enter into any agreement which would remove the obligation to maintain and operate the Burswood Dome?
