AMBER-JADE SANDERSON to the parliamentary secretary representing the
Minister for Water:
I refer to an incident in which approximately 750 000 litres
of wastewater was discharged into the environment at the Ariti Avenue pumping
station in Wanneroo on l5 November 2012.
(1) What other wastewater spills of
more than 500 000 litres have occurred in the last three years?
(2) What was the location of each
spill?
(3) What was the cause of each
spill?
