I refer to the proposed opening of Old Perth Road Bassendean -
(1) What traffic surveys had been done prior to the reopening of Old Perth Road?
(2) What impact does this show on surrounding streets such as Brisdon, Hyland, North Road, James and Kenny Street?

(2) There will be no impact on Brisdon, Hyland, North Road, James or Kenny Streets as the traffic signals on Guildford Road will be co-coordinated to maximise efficiency. In addition, the Kenny Street intersection with Guildford Road is being re-aligned to meet Guildford Road at a right angle rather that the existing Y junction. This will improve the sight distance and safety of the intersection.
