(1) The Forest Products Commission (FPC) currently has 39 native forest contracts of sale with sawmillers. The below summary addresses the requested information.
Regarding copies of contracts, the first section of each of the below contracts comprises general provisions that are standard across the native forest contracts, while the last 10 pages are the schedules specific to that buyer.
