YARRAGADEE AQUIFER, FUNDS FOR WATER QUALITY RESEARCH
(1) Given that the Government wants to extract more water from the Yarragadee aquifer, will the minister direct the Water Corporation to provide research funds to the Water and Rivers Commission to enable it to determine - (a) the distribution of the volume of the high-quality fresh water and the salt water in the aquifer and; (b) the extent of the fresh water in the aquifer under the sea?
