I refer to the delivery of road maintenance programs by Main Roads as outlined in the 2024 and 2025 annual reports, and I ask: (a) in relation to the Goldfields-Esperance Region: (i) how many kilometres of road were worked on as part of the $22.5 million expenditure on delivery of road maintenance in 2023-24; (ii) how many kilometres of road were worked on as part of the $23.8 million expenditure on delivery of road maintenance in 2024-25; (iii) how many kilometres of road were resealed as part of the $7.3 million expenditure on the region's resurfacing program in 2023-24; (iv) how many kilometres of road were resealed as part of the $10.7 million expenditure on the region's resurfacing program in 2024-25; (v) how many kilometres of road were rehabilitated as part of the $4.8 million expenditure on the rehabilitation program in 2024-25; and (vi) noting that a line for rehabilitation in the 2024 annual report is not present but appears in the 2025 annual report, what is the cause of appearance of this line item?
