(2) If no to (1), was the rifle in the possession of Claremont Firearms, a licensed firearms dealer? (3) If yes to (2), did Western Australia Police have any reason to consider that possession to be unlawful? (4) Did Western Australia Police seize the rifle from the dealer? (5) If yes to (4), under what section of the Firearms Act did Western Australia Police seize the rifle?
