I refer to the infill sewerage program. According to the Water Corporation plan of September 2001, work on infill sewerage provision in the Hamilton Hill, Spearwood and Munster areas was to have been undertaken in 2003-04. (1) When can the residents of Spearwood, Hamilton Hill and Munster, and in particular those in Ross Court, Spearwood, expect to have infill sewerage installed? (2) Can the minister confirm whether an estimate of the cost for this area has been done; and if so, what is the cost? (3) Will this be included in the May 2006 budget? Hon KIM CHANCE
