(a) how many motorists were charged with the following offences in 2008–2009 and 2009–2010 to date:
(i) reckless driving;
(ii) dangerous driving;
(iii) careless driving; and
(iv) undue noise or smoke;
(b) of these motorists, how many were charged when police officers observed the event in the course of their duties; and
(c) of these motorists, how many were in the South East Metropolitan area?
