I refer to the $16m telehealth program jointly funded by the State and Commonwealth and ask - (1) Have any of the State’s commitments included in the original memorandum of understanding for this program not been met? (2) If yes, which of these commitments have not been met and why? (3) For each commitment that the State has not met, has the Commonwealth concurred with the State’s not meeting that commitment?
