FREMANTLE PORT — LEAD EXPORT
I refer to the minister’s media release of 2 February 2009 about the transport of lead through Fremantle in which the minister refers to an extension of the $5 million security bond for proponents who fail to clean-up any lead spilt along the transport route. (1) Has this security bond been lodged? (2) If yes to (1), will the minister advise the house where the bond will be held? (3) If no to (1), why not? Hon DONNA FARAGHER
