(2) What was the cost of replacing the lost or stolen mobile phones for the financial years 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 and to date in the current financial year?
(3) Was the loss or theft of any of these mobile phones reported to the police?
(4) If so, when were they reported?
(5) Of those reported, what has been the outcome?
