For all reserves held by the Aboriginal Lands Trust in March 2017, by means of a table, will the Minister please provide the following information: (a) the reserve number; (b) land identifying number; (c) the reserve common name (where one is known); (d) the reserve area; (e) the reserve resident population (estimate only); (f) number of leases issued over the reserve (where relevant); (g) the Native Title prescribed body corporate where relevant; (h) whether the reserve (as of 1 November 2022) has been divested to the Prescribed Body Corporate or other Aboriginal Corporation; and (i) where a reserve is not yet divested estimated date of divestment?

(i) Divestment is engagement led and framed by the legislative requirements of the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act 1972 . Divestment only occurs after extensive consultation with the relevant Aboriginal stakeholders and is dependent on their capacity and readiness to accept.
