RIVERINA POOLS AND SPAS — ODOUR PROBLEMS
I refer to the Department of Environment and Conservation investigation about odour problems associated with Riverina Pools and Spas in Bayswater. (1) Why did DEC not inspect the premises until August 2011, five months after it was alerted to complaints from nearby residents? (2) Has the consultant’s report requested by DEC into possible emission mitigation technologies to reduce the styrene odours been completed? (3) If no to (2), when will the report be completed? (4) If yes to (2), will the minister table the report? Hon HELEN MORTON
