I refer to page 675 of the 2012-13 State Budget under the Heading 'significant issues impacting the agency', dot point 2, stating that an additional 433 social housing properties will be built over the next two years, and ask —
(1) Are these properties over and above the 1,000 dwellings under construction under the National Rental Affordability Scheme?
(2) How much of the funding to build the 433 social houses is State Government funding and how much is being funded by the Federal Government?
(3) How many of the 433 social houses will be built in —
(a) the metropolitan area;
(b) regional Western Australia, and —
(i) of the houses to be built in regional Western Australia, how many will be built in the South West region; and
(ii) of the houses to be built in the South West region, in which towns/cities will the houses be built (please specify the number of houses to be built in each town/city)?
