(1)  "A" Series - 2 railcar set trains with longitudinal seating are not considered to be overcrowded until a total of 126 seated and 256 standing passengers has been reached.
"A" Series - 2 railcar set trains with transverse seating are not considered to be overcrowded until a total of 134 seated and 192 standing passengers has been reached.
(2)  "B" Series - 3 railcar set trains are not considered to be overcrowded until a total of 240 seated and 320 standing passengers has been reached.
