I refer to the Premier’s statement on Wednesday, 30 March on the escape of double murderer Brian Edwards, in which he said - As is standard practice, all submissions to executive council require the Premier’s signature . . . (1) What documentation was provided to the Premier in support of that executive council minute? (2) Did the Premier read it? (3) Did the Premier request any further briefing notes or reports prior to signing the minute and supporting the transmittal of the minute to the Governor?
