The second stage of the Heritage Act Review involved the publication of a Discussion Paper on 20 September 2011. The Discussion Paper set out and sought feedback on a series of proposals on the strategic directions of a new Heritage Act developed in response to the views and ideas received from individuals and organisations through the first phase of public consultation.
