(1) There are 1670 supported community housing places for people with a mental illness in Western Australia.
(2) The specific number of people in acute hospitals on a day to day basis who could be in supported community housing is not quantifiable. People in acute hospitals are individually assessed on a day by day basis as to whether they need supported community housing.
