SUICIDES
1342. Hon MARTIN PRITCHARD to the
parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to the inquiry by the Chief
Psychiatrist into St John Ambulance Western Australia and the suicide of five serving
and former paramedics, which was announced in March 2015.
(1) Has this review been completed;
and, if not, why not?
(2) If yes to (1), will the Minister
for Health table a copy of the report?
(3) Has the government formally responded to the report; and,
if not, why not?
(4) If yes to (3), will the minister table a copy of the
response?
