(a-b) Please refer to the Public Notice Policy Position Information Sheet publicly available at www.dlgsc.wa.gov.au/lgareview which provides this information.
(c) The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries will continue to monitor compliance with the Local Government Act 1995 in accordance with its compliance and risk management framework.
(d) While there are no specific penalties, failure to comply will be managed within the existing enforcement provisions under the Act.
