I refer to the Minister's answer to question on notice No. 5732 with regard to the work carried out on a 'more detailed human health and ecological risk assessment of groundwater contamination' at the Cristal Global plant in Australind, and I ask —
(1) What company carried out this detailed work?
(2) When was this work carried out?
(3) Who was the 'accredited contaminated sites auditor' who reviewed this work?
(4) Has the Department of Environment and Conservation received this report?
(5) When will this report be available to the public?
