I refer to the government's
decision to award a $136 million contract to Huawei.
(1) Has the
Premier or anyone in the Premier's office received copies of any
correspondence between the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and federal
government agencies in relation to any security issues regarding Huawei,
including but not limited to the automatic train control system and the public
mobile broadband safety network?
(2) If yes to (1), will the Premier
table the correspondence; and, if not, why not?
(3) Has the
Premier or anyone in the Premier's office received a briefing note from
the Department of the Premier and Cabinet regarding Huawei, including but not
limited to the automatic train control system and public mobile broadband
safety?
(4) If yes to (3), will the Premier
table that briefing note; and if not, why not?

Has the Premier or anyone in the Premier's office received a verbal
briefing from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet regarding Huawei,
