I refer to the Summary Report Review of the Family and Domestic Violence Refuge Service System in Western Australia where it states "Funding for these services will be increased to reflect the lead agency role in each metropolitan corridor", and I ask: (a) will the Minister please list the agencies that are referred to in this statement; (b) which agencies will receive increased funding; (c) what is the amount of funding each agency will receive; and (d) from what date did or will the increased funding commence?

(a) The agencies proposed to provide a lead role in 24/7 Emergency Response across the metropolitan area are:
· The Lucy Saw Centre Association;
· The Patricia Giles Centre; and
· Starick Services.
(b) It is proposed the above agencies receive increased funding in recognition of the increased responsibilities they would hold in providing both an immediate 24/7 emergency response and leading coordination with other services within their designated region.
(c) As this proposal is developed, discussions are occurring with these agencies.
(d) It is envisaged the funding increase will occur as the developments are implemented with the service delivery changes commencing being developed through the recontracting process in 2014.
