I refer to the WA Planning Commission's (WAPC) 2017/18 Annual Report, and I ask: (a) will the Minister provide a list of each parcel of land and the amount of the impairment that has contributed to the 856.3% increase in other expenses as identified in note 3 on page 91; (b) does the WAPC have a list of all properties that need to be purchased to allow for the Metronet projects; (c) if yes to (b), will the Minister table the list, and if not, why not; (d) has funding been provided to the WAPC to purchase properties to allow for Metronet projects and if yes, how much funding has been allocated for each year for the following years: (i) 2018-19; (ii) 2019-20; (iii) 2020-21; and (iv) 2021-22; and (e) will the Minister provide a list of those 6 properties sold by private treaty for a total of $3.7 million as noted on page 34?
