I refer to the Nationals WA 2013 policy document West Kimberly Revitalisation , namely the elements of the West Kimberly Revitalisation Plan, and ask, for each of the following: Broome Community Development Fund; Derby-West Kimberley Development Fund; Derby-West Kimberley Tourism Development Fund; Broome Tourism Development Fund and West Kimberley Small Business Development Fund: (a) has this fund been established, and if yes: (i) where can it be found in the State Budget; (ii) what is the total funding allocated to the fund over the forward estimates; (iii) how much has been allocated for each of the following financial years; 2013–2014, 2014–2015, 2015–2016 and 2016–2017; and (iv) how much has been spent from the account over the course of 2013–2014 and what has it been spent on; and (b) if no to (a), why not?

(a)          Yes.
(i)          Each fund is incorporated into West Kimberley Revitalisation, which can be found in table 6.2 of the 2013-14 Government Mid-year Financial Projections Statement.
(ii)          Total funding allocated to the fund over the forward estimates is $86.7 million.
(iii)          2013-14     $15.4 million;
2014-15     $26.8 million;
2015-16     $27.6 million;
2016-17     $16.9 million;
(iv)          Total expenditure year to date in 2013-14 from the fund is $586 093, made up of:
$48 137 was spent in 2013-14 on the Fitzroy Crossing Courthouse Replacement.
$337 247 was spent in 2013-14 on Broome Small Boat Facility Stage 1.
$200 709 was spent in 2013-14 on Broome Wharf Extension of Life.
